Honor every person
Treat every person as bearing the Creator’s image. We reject harassment, threats, dehumanizing language, racism, antisemitism, ancestry tests, collective blame, sexual harassment, and contempt toward people of other faiths or convictions.
Disagree truthfully
Represent other views fairly, distinguish evidence from speculation, cite sources when making historical claims, and address ideas without attacking people. Do not use “just asking questions” to spread unsupported accusations.
Protect privacy
Do not repost private group messages, prayer requests, contact information, images, recordings, or care details without specific permission. Never solicit passwords, verification codes, financial information, or private disclosures.
Keep spaces safe
No grooming, sexual content involving minors, targeted recruitment of minors into private channels, instructions for self-harm or violence, impersonation, fraud, spam, malware, or evasion of moderation controls.
Pastoral care boundaries
Prayer and biblical encouragement do not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency services. Leaders must not diagnose, promise healing, discourage lawful treatment, or make belonging contingent on disclosure.
Moderation and appeals
Moderators may redirect, remove, restrict, or escalate content and accounts proportionately. Serious safety or legal concerns may be preserved and reported. Appeals may be sent to Matthew@truthseekerchurch.com for documented review.
